Qualification and Experience
Educational requirements vary according to the post.
Transport Officer: B-Tech with five years of relevant experience.
Bronto Sky-lift Coordinator: DAE in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with three years of relevant experience.
Drill Instructor: Graduation in Physical Education with relevant certifications and three years of experience. Preference will be given to eligible retired Army personnel with the certifications mentioned in the advertisement.
PT Instructor: Graduation in Physical Education with relevant certifications and three years of experience. Eligible retired Army personnel with the required training certifications will receive preference.
Leading Fireman: BSc or BA with DAE and five years of relevant experience working in a government fire service.
Fireman: DAE in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronics. Relevant experience or certification will be preferred.
Medical Technician: FSc (Pre-Medical) or FA (2nd Division) with a one-year dispenser/paramedical diploma (2nd Division) from a recognized board, council or university. Relevant experience or certification will be preferred.
Draftsman: Matric with DAE in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Architect-related field, along with AutoCAD certification. Relevant experience or certification will be preferred.
Foreman: DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automobile. Relevant experience or certification is preferred.
Dafadar: Matric. Preference will be given to retired Army personnel. Retired candidates from RV&FC Army dog training school with relevant search dog handler/trainer experience are preferred.
Caretaker: Matric with a one-year diploma in Civil, Electrical, Plumbing or Carpenter-related work and three years of relevant experience.
Mess Cook: Middle qualification with cooking/chef certification and five years of relevant experience.
Cook: Middle qualification with cooking/chef certification and three years of relevant experience.
Dispatch Rider: Matric from a recognized institute with a motorcycle licence.
Driver LTV: Middle qualification with a valid LTV licence and three years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements
Final selection is subject to the prescribed physical requirements mentioned by CDA.
Male candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches, while the minimum height for female candidates is 5 feet 4 inches.
Applicants should have 6/6 eyesight, although glasses are permitted. BMI must be below 30.
For male candidates, the advertisement also specifies a minimum chest measurement of 33 inches.

Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a processing fee of Rs. 2,000 for each post they apply for.
The fee must be paid online through 1Bill using PSID/QR code generated after successful submission of the application.
Candidates applying for more than one post should follow the fee requirements for each application separately.
Important Instructions
Age relaxation will apply according to government policy. CDA will also observe applicable government quotas.
Only shortlisted candidates who meet the required criteria will be called for a written test, skill test, physical test or interview, as applicable.
No TA/DA will be provided for the selection process.
Applicants working in government organizations must submit an NOC from their department with the application.
Original educational and experience documents will be required at the time of interview.
The initial appointment will be on a contract basis for two years. It may be extended further if required, but the advertisement states that the appointment carries no vested right to regular appointment.
