The Government of Pakistan has announced new Ministry of Defence Production Jobs 2026 for the Project Management Cell (PMC), Gwadar Shipyard. Pakistani nationals can apply for several positions based in Rawalpindi.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications and experience differ according to the position.
CFO / Accounts Officer
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably with CA. The advertisement requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a major company or division of a large corporation.
Preference may be given to candidates with professional accounting or management accounting certification. Strong financial analysis, communication, Microsoft Office and ERP skills are also required.
Private Secretary
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and meet the typing and shorthand requirements stated in the advertisement.
At least two years of experience as a stenotypist is required. Applicants should also have good knowledge of MS Office and strong English writing and communication skills.
Assistant
Applicants need a BA/BSc with IT diploma and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. Candidates with more experience, particularly in the public sector, may receive preference.
Driver
The required qualification is Primary Pass with a valid LTV driving licence and knowledge of traffic rules.
Applicants should have at least two years of driving experience. Preference may be given to candidates with experience driving executive or higher-level officers, particularly in the public sector.
Naib Qasid
Candidates should have passed Matric.
Relevant experience is required, preferably in the public sector. Applicants should also be able to read and write in English.
Sanitary Worker / Sweeper
Applicants should be Primary Pass.
Relevant experience is preferred, particularly in the public sector. Candidates should also be familiar with the quality products used for cleaning, sweeping and hygiene-related work.
Age Relaxation and General Conditions
The advertisement states that five years of age relaxation has already been included according to government rules.
Eligibility will be determined on the basis of qualifications and experience as mentioned against each post. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Appointment will be made on the Standard Pay Package of PSDP Project.
